This record sounds exactly like what you would think a record with this title would sound like. Super cheese ball sanitized studio disco set to Christmas tunes. It's got all the favorites with a disco twist.I'll have to admit that you have to have a certain penchant for this kind of thing to appreciate it. I don't think even I could sit down and listen to the record from start to finish and feel good about myself, but it is nice to have the songs in a big ipod playlist. When put on random, they do provide little surprise spots of spice and flavor that do work out great.
If I can point to one interesting song on the record it would be "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" which basically rips of the "Louie Louie Riff" and puts it under "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town". That is a pretty amazing feat that you don't hear everyday. Nice job.

I don't understand !
I've rarely seen cool downloads on blogspots that are "turned off after a month", yet remain posted to give us all a vexing tease !
Sure, links expire . . but most are still good.
You've got many things not seen elsewhere, yet they ain't here either.

The reason I had to turn links off was because about a year and a half ago blogger started deleting posts at an alarming rate. Each day several posts would be deleted and I couldn't get them back. The real bummer was losing what I had written. The only way I could figure to stop all the deleting was to deactivate all the links to the music. I essentially shut down everything for a while, until the heat died off. Then as I started posting again I've down whatever I could to keep attention away from the blog and so links only stay active for a while. Since then I haven't had any problems. I do invite people to e-mail me privately and I can send them links. I've never turned anyone down. It is easy to do since everything is still uploaded and ready to download. Just let me know what you'd like to hear.

That's a grisly scenario that wouldn't occur to a collector wandering by and gettin' a little frustrated with "dead-ends". But it sure makes sense once you tell the scary tale !!
