This week I started work on the 2010 Halloween mix. I was stringing songs together and layer things and generally having some fun. Then I got really into one track. I did more playing with samples than I have ever done before and I'm quite excited about the end result. I find a few of the samples are quite hooky and are stuck in my head. I think that is a good sign. So I decided that I didn't want to wait until October to share this track and so I'm sharing it now.The track consists of samples of William Conrad reading a poem, "The Merry Night Of Halloween" laid over the instrumental track of "Lookie Looky" by D.C. Don Juan. Give it a listen and let me know what you think.
