San Bernardino Valley College - The Magic Of Christmas - 1970

Ever since hearing the The Langley School Project I've kept my eyes open for interesting albums from schools and colleges or any sort of local choral music for that matter. Sometime you'll find local firemen or other organizations put together records. Since I live in Southern California I tend to come across Southern California records. This is from San Bernadino Valley College and is pretty traditional. For what they are trying to do, they do a pretty good job. Production is okay and can set the mood for Christmas. This is more for a nice quiet evening at home where you have just the Christmas lights on. It's not a get up and dance affair at all. Still there is a time and a place for this record and I think you may enjoy its sincerity.

Enjoy!
