This isn't the best Guns N Roses song by any means. To be perfectly honest I had pretty much checked out of the whole Guns N Roses thing by this point. The thing that makes this interesting is that the B-Side is "Don't Cry" with alternate lyrics. Maybe you can find this version on some CD somewhere, but I'm too lazy to look it up and figure ignorance is bliss. I'm just going to assume that you can't find this anywhere else and that it is out of print, therefore justifying this post. I know that is a pretty lame rationalization, but hopefully you don't care.Enjoy!

I actually ran into G & R in the 80's before they hit it big. They were all loafing in a large brick, high ceilinged building on some couches and mattresses close to… hmm, Western & Sunset, I think, perhaps sleeping in or hung-over? Someone gave me a flyer, told me, “They we gonna hit it big”. I smiled back with my insincere, “Obviously”, but kept the flyer in a pile of stuff to go through and organize later. Then what do you know?- a few months later, they were the rage on LA radio.
Also, I only read about once a week, so I’m sure there are other SAPMusic fans out there. Keep it up with the strange stuff.

So, so true about ole G&R. I don't know if you've downloaded the infamous Chinese Democracy record. I don't think that thing will ever see the light of day. In my opinion is a complete mess, at least the version I've heard. It may just be that the songs sound more like demos and aren't mixed or produced very well, but I don't think so. I just don't think the music is that strong.
Again glad to get the feedback. Keep checking in. As you are finding out I'm posting everyday in hopes to get some sort of regular readership. Let me know if there is anything you are hoping to see and who knows maybe I'll have something for you.
