I don't think I've mentioned anywhere on this blog before that I've been a huge Doctor Who fan since I was very little. I grew up in Chicago which was one of the first cities in America to start running Doctor Who in the late 70's or so. It ran on the PBS station there Sunday nights.I loved this song when it came out and bought the CD single when I was in college. I didn't have a CD player in high school. Later I found this 12" record. For ease and for extra bonus for you I have pulled this rip from the CD which has "What Time Is Love". This one may be strictly for fans of The Doctor, but honestly I think the track works as a good dance track as well.

Something seems to be wrong with Track 2!!!! Other than that, another fantastic single from the KLF/JAMMS/MU MU etc.
Is the problem with track 2 in the downloading or the file itself. Is it corrupt and not playing right? I'd love to fix the problem if you could help identify it better.

I think I know what your problem is. For some reason media fire cut off the .mp3 at the end of the file. I think because of the quotation marks in 12". Just add .mp3 extension to the name and you should be good to go. Sorry for the trouble.
