Culture Club - Karma Chameleon 7"

There's really nothing special or new here. Let's face it probably everyone who is reading this has "Karma Chameleon" somewhere in their house. The real reason I'm posting this record is two fold. The first is I thought people might like to see the artwork for the 7" single. The second is that some people may not own "Colour By Numbers" and so they may not know this B-Side, which is the exact same version from the album. "That's The Way" is actually my favorite song on the whole album. The song really showcases Boy George's voice and there is a woman singing a gospel style back up that is spine tingling. The song is simple and emotional. It's not too long and if you're like me you'll want to listen to it several times in a row, because once is just not enough.

Both these rips are really noisy and full of pops and crackles, but you'll be able to catch the magic. If you like "That's The Way" I highly recommend buying a good quality version of the song on CD or by download.

Enjoy!

And did you know "Karma Chameleon" was co-written by Phil Pickett (of the band Sailor)?

Did not know that. I just googled him and came across a photo of Phil Pickett. He looks like Conan O'Brien.
